STUDENTS TALK TO ANZ
Diploma of Leadership and Management went on an interactive field trip where they visited ANZ flagship store at Martin Place.
Joshua Natale (Banking Consulting) gave the students a breakdown about innovation, quality customer service, diversity management and most importantly advice on how to make money.
Paulo Umetsu and Lavina Quilliam wanted to know how to get a job at ANZ. The students walk away with valuable contacts in the financial sector. Wentworth Institute will be organising similar direct contact with industry in the future.
Also visited McDonald’s resulted in a world-renowned quality assurance (customer service standards).
