COURSE DESCRIPTION
The BSB20120 Certificate II in Workplace Skills qualification offers foundational knowledge and skills for people seeking the skills and knowledge required to carry out a range of routine procedural, clerical, administrative or operational tasks that require self-management and technology skills.
The BSB20120 Certificate II in Workplace Skills allows learners to apply a broad range of competencies using some discretion, judgment and relevant theoretical knowledge in a range of mainly routine tasks using limited practical skills and fundamental operational knowledge in a defined context.
This qualification applies to all persons who may be required to provide customer service and/or business administrative activities, in a range of situations, including community and workplace settings.
All students entering this course must have completed Year 10 or an equivalent qualification.
Overseas students must demonstrate English language proficiency of IELTS 5.5 or equivalent.
On completion of the BSB20120 Certificate II in Workplace Skills students may choose to study our BSB30120 Certificate III in Business or FNS40222 Certificate IV in Accounting and Bookkeeping or other relevant qualifications.
