COURSE DESCRIPTION
The Certificate IV in Business qualification offers foundational knowledge and skills for building effective leadership and problem-solving capabilities crucial to success within a variety of business service job roles.
During this course, you’ll learn how to manage complex administrative practices and become qualified to operate in an effective work environment. Upon completion of this course, you will be ready to provide reliable office management, apply critical thinking to work practices, use information systems and improve workplace efficiency. You will achieve a skill set that will enable you to confidently assist professionals, managers and executives, as well as provide a range of administrative and clerical services.
All students entering this course must have completed Year 10 or equivalent qualification.
Overseas students must demonstrate English language proficiency of IELTS 5.5 or equivalent.
On completion of the BSB40120 Certificate IV in Business students may choose to study our BSB50120 Diploma of Business or BSB50420 Diploma of Leadership and Management or other relevant qualifications.
