COURSE DESCRIPTION
Our Diploma of Business is designed to help you stand out and achieve success in your business career. This course addresses the transferable, foundational skills of communication, administration and management needed in business environments and covers the key knowledge areas required to establish your own business or further your career.
This valuable course has been designed to optimise your learning. By exposing you to real-world scenarios and environments, you will easily adapt the skills you learn to apply them in the business environment.
By undertaking this course, you will:
o Develop the core skills and knowledge across all business operations
o Learn to manage budgets and business expenditure
o Design and implement policies and plans within a business
o Learn how to manage financial plans and resources
o Enhance leadership skills through the development of communication skills and critical thinking in workplace interactions
Every student will need to demonstrate:
o Completion of Australian Year 12 or equivalent
o Attaining IELTS 5.5 English language equivalence if a non-native English speaker
o Being aged over 18
On completion of the BSB50120 Diploma of Business, students may pursue the BSB60120 Advanced Diploma of Business, BSB60420 Advanced Diploma of Leadership and Management at WIN College or gain advanced standing in a bachelor’s degree at Wentworth Institute of Higher Education.
