COURSE DESCRIPTION
Our BSB50420 Leadership and Management is designed to support you to enter a career in management where you will have the opportunity to inspire and motivate others. This course addresses the knowledge and practical skills in leadership and management across a range of industry and enterprise contexts.
Through studying this course you will develop initiative and judgment in planning, organising, implementing and monitoring your workload and the workload of others. Your communication skills will be enhanced, and you will be better adept at meeting unforeseen problems. You will learn how to identify, analyse ad synthesise information from various sources.
Every student will need to demonstrate:
o Completion of Australian Year 12 or equivalent
o Attaining IELTS 5.5 English language equivalence if a non-native English speaker
o Being aged over 18
