COURSE DESCRIPTION
Our FNS51822 Diploma of Financial Planning is designed to offer you a broad range of knowledge and skills that will introduce you to professional practice in the financial services industry. With the knowledge and skills that you learn you will be able to apply solutions to a range of often complex problems and analyse and evaluate information from a variety of sources. You will learn to apply initiative in planning, coordinating and evaluating your own work and how to provide guidance to others or teams within defined guidelines.
Every student will need to demonstrate:
o Completion of Australian Year 12 or equivalent
o Attaining IELTS 5.5 English language equivalence if a non-native English speaker
o Being aged over 18
Study Pathways
On completion of the FNS51822 Diploma of Financial Planning, students may pursue the BSB60920 Advanced Diploma of Paraplanning, BSB60420 Advanced Diploma of Leadership and Management at WIN College or gain 8 electives as advanced standing in a bachelor degree at Wentworth Institute.

RECOGNITION OF PRIOR LEARNING & RECOGNITION OF CURRENT COMPETENCY
Recognition is available (on application) to students with prior skills, experience, knowledge or qualifications obtained from formal studies or training, in a related area. Recognition may reduce the duration of your studies.
Students can apply for Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL)/ Recognition of Current Competency (RCC) before they commence the course or a particular unit.
