Kristina manages governance and compliance for WIN College. She has worked extensively in educational management programs and compliance systems in Australia, Asia and the Middle East for over 40 years.

Her legacy extends beyond policies and systems; it is embedded in the very fabric of WIN College which she assisted in establishing in 2005, and where her influence continues to shape the institution's commitment to quality education and compliance.

Terry is the Academic Manager at WIN College and as such he plays a pivotal role in overseeing and enhancing the academic programs offered. He collaborates with educators to design, review, and improve vocational programs to make sure they meet industry standards, regulatory compliance and prepare students for successful careers. He ensures all programs are abreast of industry trends, technological advancements, and regulatory changes, updating and adapting the curriculum accordingly.

He recruits, trains, and evaluates educators, providing constructive feedback to support professional development. In doing so he promotes a culture of excellence and innovation at WIN.
In implementing and maintaining rigorous academic quality assurance processes he makes it possible to deliver the highest standards in teaching and learning. Regular moderation of assessments and reviews of courses together with input from industry experts and stakeholders has kept the management of the vocational programs in line with what industry demands.

He has developed and implemented strategies to increase student success, including academic support services and intervention strategies.

He manages academic resources efficiently, including budgeting for instructional materials and technology.

Anthia Shaw, a dedicated counsellor, is experienced in counselling clients of other cultures. 
 
With an understanding of diverse backgrounds, Anthia employs empathetic listening and culturally sensitive approaches to address students' concerns. 
 
Currently pursuing a Masters in Counselling alongside her private practice, Well Counselling, Anthia combines academic knowledge with practical experience to create a supportive experience for students navigating personal challenges.
