- having completed a Diploma or Advanced Diploma from the BSB Training Package (current or superseded equivalent versions) or
- having two years equivalent full-time relevant workplace experience in an operational leadership role in an enterprise.
Further Studies
On completion of the BSB60420 Advanced Diploma of Leadership and Management, students may choose to study the BSB60120 Advanced Diploma of Business at WIN College or gain advanced standing in an undergraduate degree at Wentworth Institute of Higher Education.
